		<description>Have started using your suggestion with a slight change added.I bought bananas for at work they help control your hunger.  Also bought a two pound bag of baby carrots with a resealable top.  They make a nice between meal snack.  This together with drinking water and watching calories is starting to work.  Using the steps at work instead of the elevator.  12 steps to the landing and 12 more to the next floor.  It is healthy and a plus for the hobby.  You don&#039;t want to be too tired to shop.</description>
