Getting Busted and Learning to Hate Myself

crying on bed

It seems like a million years ago and just yesterday at the same time. I was 12 years old and it was undoubtedly the single most traumatic event of my youth. The devastating emotional impact lasted for many years after.

I first realized my desire to dress in women’s clothes at about the age of 3 or 4. I didn’t know what it all meant, but I knew enough to keep it a secret. It’s interesting that even at such a young age, the social taboo of crossdressing was already heavily cemented in my mind. It seems like from the time I was born, I was taught of the need to fit in to the socially accepted norm of the “male gender role” because of my genitals. How else would a 4 year old know to guard this little secret as if his life depended on it?

Humorous Moments in Crossdressing

phone booty

We all experience embarrassing, yet humorous moments in our lives. They’re usually embarrassing at first, then humorous when reflected upon. When crossdressing comes into the mix, there’s quite an interesting additional layer of things that can happen. I’m pretty comfortable with who I am and have a sense of humor about myself. I hope you’ll enjoy a laugh or two at my expense.

Collecting a Wii Bit of Dust

Nintendo WiiI was initially planning on sitting this generation of gaming consoles out, but late last November (2008), I broke down and bought a Nintendo Wii. Although not impressed with the system itself or the direction Nintendo has taken in recent years, I just had to play Resident Evil 4 with the Wii remote’s aim-and-shoot capabilities. I also decided to have at Metroid Prime 3 after having played through the first two on my GameCube.

I bought a Wii (Sports Edition), an extra controller (with nunchuck), Resident Evil 4, Metroid Prime 3, and Wii Play. The extra controller was for my wife. I hoped to get her into some of the Wii Sports and Wii Play games. She’s not really into gaming, but we’ve enjoyed some old school games together in the past.

Reducing Calorie Intake Without Feeling As Hungry

glass of water with sugarless gum

Staying fit and trim is an important part of my life. My strict exercise regimen and minimal diet allow me to stay slim, maintain a good figure, and look attractive. In addition to the visual benefits, I’m also less likely to get sick and will age more gracefully than if I did not exercise and eat right. Some people are naturally slim. That is not the case for me so I have to work hard at it.

My own thin profile & flat stomach (seen below) is proof positive of a strict exercise regimen, diet and the benefits of sticking to it. If you’d like to loose some weight and get into better shape yourself, keep reading. I’ve worked out some very useful methods of cutting down calorie intake while burning off more at the same time. It requires discipline and long-term devotion, but it may not be as difficult as you think.

So You Want To Shave Your Legs But…

razor leg

You’re a married crossdresser (or living with a significant other), but not out of the closet yet and not quite ready to come out. How can you shave your legs without explaining why? Honestly, you should really just come clean and tell your love interest the truth. That is the best thing to do, although it may not be the easiest. However if you are simply not ready for whatever reason, have no fear. There are ways to have nice, clean, smoothly shaved legs while remaining in the closet and without having to offer the difficult truth as to why.

A Crossdressing Easter Egg and a Little Whoops

Easter scene

Happy Easter! I hope everyone has a beautiful day and enjoys the company of family, friends, loved ones, and chocolate Easter bunnies.

Take a close look at this photo. I don’t recall how many cartons of eggs I had to go through, but I finally found a crossdressing egg. They’re not too hard to spot, really. They wear a lot more eye shadow than the other eggs and always seem to over do it with the blush. So there you have it – an Easter t-egg. :)

The Greatest American Hero

The Greatest American Hero Cast

Do you remember this show from the early 80’s? Quirky school teacher, Ralph Hinkley (William Katt), and down-and-out FBI agent Bill Maxwell (Robert Culp), are thrust into an odd crime-fighting partnership after being approached by an alien spaceship in the desert. Ralph is given a “super suit” (aka, the “red jammies”) by the aliens and told to work together with Bill and make the world a better place. Ralph looses the suit’s instructional manual out in the desert. The result is a reluctant and unlikely super hero, complete with super hero powers… who has some serious trouble using them – especially when flying.
